Welcome to our website! Should you come to visit us in person you will find
that we are a little church with a big heart. Come as you are, for you are
a child of God, a work in progress, just like all of us here.
We meet together to worship, to pray for each other
and the world, and we work together with our ecumenical partners to make
life more livable for those who are in need.
During our education hour we offer learning
opportunities for all ages. Our children and youth enjoy a hands-on
program that is both educational and fun. Our Adult Forum might study a
biblical text or tackle some difficult issues, yet always keeping in mind
Christ’s mandate to “love one another, as I have loved you.”
And we know how to celebrate! We work hard to create
memorable events for our community, such as our Medieval Fair in the
spring,
a Celtic Ceilidh (pronounced Kay-lee) to liven up the dark of
winter, a succulent autumn German Dinner or a wintry ride to a Christmas tree
farm.
We also participate in community events because it is
important to us that we contribute to the well-being of our greater
community. You might find some of us hammering, sawing, measuring, and
carrying wood at a Habitat for Humanity site. Others may slip on their
most comfortable sneakers and walk some miles at a CROP Walk.
God bless you today and always.
Thank you for visiting with us on the web.
